Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread Pizza Recipe

Cheesy Garlic Bread Pizza with handmade or store-bought pizza dough combines two comfort food classics.

INGREDIENTS

– Flour, for dusting work surface – 1 pound homemade or store-bought pizza dough – 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened – 1/3 cup mayonnaise – 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chives, plus more for topping – 2 cloves garlic, minced  – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper  – 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Heat the oven to 475°F. Parchment a baking sheet. See Kelly's Notes. Roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.

Mix butter, mayonnaise, chives, garlic, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan after smoothing.

Spread the cheese mixture on the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the borders.

Start by baking the pizza for 10 minutes, then broil. For 3–5 minutes, broil the pizza 3 inches from the heat until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.  Remove the pizza from the oven and cool.
