Easy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip Recipe

A sweet-meets-creamy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip with pretzels, graham crackers and more makes a fall sweet on a stick the perfect dip.

INGREDIENTS

– 4 Tablespoons homemade or store-bought caramel sauce, divided, plus more for topping – 2 Granny Smith apples, diced – 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese – 1/4 cup sour cream – 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – Sliced apples, pretzels or graham crackers, for serving

In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, add diced apples and 3 tablespoons caramel.

Stir apples for 5 minutes to soften. Put them in a basin to cool while you create the dip.

Cream cream cheese, sour cream, butter, remaining 1 tablespoon caramel sauce, and vanilla extract in a stand mixer using the paddle attachment until smooth.

Mix in ¾ of the sautéed apples that have cooled. Serve the dip in a bowl with the remaining sautéed apples and caramel sauce. Dip apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers.
