Best Whipped Brie Cheese Recipe

A simple creamy appetiser recipe will elevate your appetiser game. Honey or jam-topped whipped Brie.

– 3 (8-oz.) wheels Brie cheese, cold – Honey or jam, for garnishing – Toasts or crackers, for serving

Cut off the entire rind from each wheel of Brie using a serrated knife.

Allow the cheese to reach room temperature before adding it to the stand mixer bowl that has a paddle attachment attached.

For approximately ten minutes, on medium speed, beat the cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the edges as necessary. Check out Kelly's Notes.

Spoon the whipped Brie onto a platter, cover with jam or honey, and serve with crackers or toasts for dipping.
